Bring your history with you.
Switching apps should not reset your kid's career batting average. Bleacher Notes reads a GameChanger CSV export and folds those totals into each player's record. One direction, no lock-in.

Export from GameChanger
In GameChanger, open the team's season stats and export the CSV. The combined export with batting, pitching, and fielding all works. You do not need to clean it up first.

Import in Bleacher Notes
From the team screen, choose Import and pick the file. Bleacher Notes reads the sections, matches columns, and shows you exactly what it found before anything is saved.
- 03
Confirm the matches
Each row is matched to a player by name and number. Approve the matches, add any unmatched players the import found, and commit. The career totals are now in the book.
Career totals, not just last week.
- Batting
- AVG, OBP, SLG, hits, doubles, triples, home runs, RBI, walks, K.
- Pitching
- Innings, ERA, WHIP, strikeouts, walks, earned runs.
- Fielding
- Putouts, assists, errors, fielding totals.
- Seasons
- One season per import. Run it again for each year you want to keep.
Changed roster? Import an old season anyway.
Rosters turn over every year. You should still be able to load a 2024 season onto players who are not on this year's team.
- A
Create a team and set its season to the year the stats are from. The season picker goes back several years on purpose.
- B
Run the import. Any player in the file who is not on the roster yet can be created straight from the CSV row, so you are not hand-adding a dozen names first.
- C
The backdated season stands on its own. This year's team and its live scoring stay untouched.
Import is one direction. We read GameChanger; we never write back to it. Your GameChanger account stays exactly as it is, so there is nothing to undo if you decide to keep both for a season.
Start where you left off.
Bleacher Notes is in beta now. Leave your email and we will let you know when import is ready.
