Is scoring really free?
Yes. Voice scoring, full season stats, creating teams and rosters, the team schedule, team messaging, lineups, and one-tap correction are all free forever, for every parent. You never need a paid plan to keep your kid's scorebook or run your team.
What are Dugout insights?
Short, plain-English reads surfaced between batters: matchup, fatigue, lineup. Not chart grids. Parents see them for their own player; coaches see them for the whole roster.
What's the difference between the Parents and Coaches tiers?
Parents ($59/year) get Dugout insights for their own player or players, on any team. Coaches ($99/year) get insights for every player on the roster, plus team-wide matchup intelligence and lineup tools.
Do I have to pay to watch games?
No. Broadcasting is free, watching live is free and unlimited, and any clip someone shares is free to watch. The Bleacher Pass ($29.99/year) is only for afterwards: replays of finished games kept all season, and saving your own clips from them. Your kid's stats and box scores are always free.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Both Dugout tiers start with a 7-day free trial. If you don't keep it, you drop back to the free tier and keep all your scoring and stats.
What happens to my stats if I cancel?
Nothing. Your at-bats, season stats, and history stay yours. Cancelling only turns off Dugout insights; the scorebook is unaffected.
